Michael Smith from Century 21 Real Estate did a fabulous job selling my elderly sister and brother-in-law's aging Condo; a fixer-upper. I was really impressed with the way that he marketed their condo with video, pictures and one initial open house. I asked Michael to do his thing and he kept me informed with any feedback from viewers. The Condo had was listed on the market July 8th and had it's first viewing on July 10th and on July 30th the Condo was sold with a possession date of August 9th. Talk about fast work!
